Publication in title is free to anyone who will pay postage.
I got my KPA100 with this manual, but later built it to Rev E specs
from the downloaded Rev E manual (available on Elecraft web site).
I'm thinking this manual would primarily be of value to someone who
built to Rev C specs and lost their manual.
