[Elecraft] General Coverage Module

I have the General Coverage Module in my K3, serial number 6969. Recently, whenever I listen to the broadcast band, the signals will drop out, or significantly down and an occasion audio will distort. I do not notice this in any other mode, or on the ham bands. Any thoughts? Hunter
