[Elecraft] Getting a KXPA100 to work with a KX2

I just finished putting together a KXPA100 with ATU. I've got the KX2 connected to it via a KXPACBL connected to the accessory jack on the KX2 and the CAT5 cable on the amp. The smaller GPIO plug is unconnected. Also the BNC of the KX2 is connected to the RF IN on the amp. I put the KX2 in PA Mode
