[Elecraft] Info message 090

I fired up the partially assembled K2 I purchased, and I get an info message 090. Says it is an EEPROM test #1 failed. Also the display is does not show all segments, and the Tuning knob has no effect. I did a complete reset with no effect. I am at Alignment and Test Part 1. Mike AI4NS

Mike, My recommendation is that you carefully examine the work done so far. Check each solder connection and check each component for proper value and placement in the correct holes. Trust that nothing is correct until you have verified it. If the display is not showing all segments, try
