Karl My choice was 40/30/20/15 for the four band board, plus a two band board with 80/40 for the winter months. Beware, calibration will need to be re-done when changing boards if you have 40m available on both boards due to crystal tolerances between the boards. An old tip from another poste

Depends upon which band is "open". The "WARC" bands (including 17 meters) are great, but the simple truth is they are not as well populated as the old standbys (10, 15, 20, 40, 80, 160). I think that's due, in part, to the popularity of multi-band coax-fed antennas. Those antennas that cover the
