And there is another method that works well too and is quite safe. Created a long time ago by Tom Hammond N0SS. Mount one foot, insert the bail, then using long screws (the PA mounting screws will do, but 3/4 inch or longer 4-40 screws work easier), put the screws in at an angle and start the

Mount the plastic holders to the bottom first thing. Next take a loop of strong twine and tie it tight around the legs of of the bail so the loop is about tight but not quit. Take a short screwdriver and place it in between the twine loops between the legs. Start twisting the the loop by turnin
