Jacob, Complete disassembly is not necessary - here are the steps: Remove the top cover (6 screws) and the front bottom cover (6 screws), and the 4 screws holding the front panel on the exterior. There are two screws inside holding the Control Panel and Front panel together. Peer between those

Group; I have a new headphone jack to put into my rig. I am looking at the manual and it seems I'll have to take all the boards out (RF, control, options, etc) to get to the front panel board. Is this right, or is there perhaps an easier way - like just taking the front panel off straight away?
