Hi James, As far as the noise when you turn shift/width, yes, I hear it too. I assume it's the result of changing the DSP filter parameters. If done while it's processing a strong signal it seems there's bound to be some artifacts. I don't know if anything can be done to quiet them. I

Greetings reflector fans, I noticed something odd tonight with my K3; something I've never noticed before. I decided to do some SWL'ing around 40m and test out the relatively new Sync-AM feature. All works well but whenever I turn the filter shift or width knobs now, I get a fairly loud encoder
