[Elecraft] K3 Retaining NR settings

Now that the K3 firmware is mature and the DSP noise reduction feature works extremely well, isn’t it time for the firmware to retain NR after power cycling? I’m not asking for memory of per band/mode NR settings (although that would be wonderful!), but NR users should not have to turn
