OK, Elecraft staff, since you say you're not done with f/w updates to the K3. This got kicked around on the reflector a couple years ago but I don't see that it ever got a definite answer whether it will be taken care of:
The VOX setting is the same for SSB and for AFSK/DATA A. This is wrong.
