Actually, the fundamental cause is that those tuners use the chassis as
the signal return, which adds inductance to the path. The switching
relays also add inductance. A proper path

Did you QSY after tuning? If so that would explain what is happening -
you may have moved out of the band segment that you used for the TUNE.

I set KAT500 default antenna for 6m to Ant2.
