[Elecraft] New DSP 2.24 or 2.25

I just checked. The current .zip in the beta directory has 2.25. We made a minor change in DSP 2.25 to fix a rare case of DSP instability in NR when AGC was cycled off and on. 73, Eric bearcat wrote: I loaded the new firmware and the DSP is 2.24, the web site show 2.25. The FW is 3.27.
