I am getting an error message when attempting to open Rev A3 of the P3
Manual (10 August 2010) saying that the file is corrupt. I've tried
several times. Do others find the same?

Yep same here, cannot download the P3 manual, corrupt file that can
not be repaired.

I downloaded 9.3 (newest one) of Adobe Reader and STILL get the file error
too.

Are you using Google chrome? I have had similar problems when using Chrome,
but no problem with Explorer. There is also an option that can be set in
Adobe Reader to open in a new window rather than in the browser, that seems
to work if one wants to use Chrome.

and unable to repair error.

Took a quick look at the rev A3 manual after using rev A2 last night to
assemble and test the P3. As far as I can tell, the only difference is the
addition of a Servicing the P3 section at the end of the rev A3 version.
Talks about removing the covers, cleaning the bezel, replacing the display,
There are some other changes in the operating section. Here's a summary of
the significant changes:
1) Incorporated outstanding errata A2-1.
2) Integrated Appendices into main document to allow better
cross-referencing between sections.
3) Added Servicing section including one page of notes for
