Yup, it's a bug. Already fixed - will be in the next release.

Something interesting happens sometimes right after taking a snapshot of the
incoming spectral display with the P3 Utility. If I keep transmitting, my own
signal displays on the screen. Unfortunately I can not reproduce this effect
all the time. So I wonder if this is a "bug" and if Elecraft can
