[Elecraft] RTTY Decode

How do I turn "off" the date and time display so that I can see the decoded information? I have pressed and Held Data MD and set the lines 45 bps and FSK D. The T shows up under DATA, but all I see in VFOB is the date, What must I do next? Roger K8RS ___
