My friend's K2 was noticeably and consistently lacking in speaker audio when compared with mine. The problem was traced to the headphone jack socket (NOT the soldering) and after replacement, his K2 was fine. (Just something else to check, as problems with the headphone jack seem to crop up occasionally.)
