After nearly four years of trying many RRC settings, I've given up on the
RRC's CW capability. Periodic RRC firmware updates have been of no help.
It's not the manner
I did purchase from Elecraft, and the jumpers were all installed. I was up
and running in minutes. Thanks to all who responded.

The Elecraft
HRO used to sell them too. I think they still do.
