[Elecraft] Simple K3 repairs

This is rather dumb question; Since I built my K3 over two years ago, my eyesight, which was failing at that time, has now reached the legally blind state. I have developed a simple problem - panel lights go out after power is applied for about two seconds, but rig continues to work FB.
