Okay! I found the problem. I had reversed leads #1 #3 on T1. After correcting this power out in TUNE shown as P3.0 and the DL1 read 7.06 v which is where it should be, and SWR = r1.0. I hooked up a 30m antenna and got an SWR of r4.5. Man you could hear the relay chatter. I even got a NULL on

KX1 ser #1056 Alignment and Test Part I. pages 28 and 29 ~ everything checks out ok ~ I am however concerned about the voltage checks. U1, pin 1 5+- 0.25 Vdcread...4.87 U1, pin 3 6+- 0.25 Vdcread...4.87 also ( this one bothers me )
