[Elecraft] new K3 owner sn 497, need help with choosing microkeyer cable

Hello all Elecrafters, microHam sells two different cables for the K3 to use with the microKeyer/microKeyerII one that uses a front microphone jack and the other that uses the rear microphone jack. Aside from the obvious, one doesn't clutter the front panel with a cable all the time, is there
