[Elecraft] semi delay

Hi, I'm working the 160M CW contest and I'd like to lengthen the time of the semi setting. The QSK full is perfect for QSK but when I'm sending at 28 WPM or so in the semi setting, the relay in the amp is still triggering as I send. I'd like to make the delay be a bit longer. In other words,
