With my last IC-735, I recall I did inquire to ICOM AMERICA, State of Washington, about their replacing the RAM MEMORY BATTERY in my IC-735. If I'm not mistaken, they said they no longer carry it. But there are several outfits who sell memory backup products, for the IC-735. I forget now, but Ic
