A Weaker SSFC:

If, instead of saying that if the majority preferring the CW to Y vote sincerely, then Y should lose, we could say that that majority has a sincere way of voting that ensures that Y will lose. That makes the criterion easy to meet.

In fact, if we make it that easy, we don't even need the part about the CW:

Sincere Strategy Criterion (SSC):

If a majority prefer X to Y, then they should have a sincere way of voting that will make Y lose.

[end of SSC definition]

SSC is met by Approval. AERLO or ATLO confer SSC compliance on a number of methods, including Condorcet wv & Bucklin.

Un-enhanced Condorcet wv doesn't meet SSC. Because Approval beats Condorcet wv, by SSC, because Approval doesn't allow voting of all of one's preferences, SSC is misleading and unfair, and I probably won't use it.

A stronger SDSC:

Expressive Strategy Criterion (ESC):

If a majorilty prefer X to Y, then they should be able to make Y lose, while voting all of their preferences.

[end of ESC definition]

I call it expressive voting if somone votes all of their preferences. It would be unfair to say that a ballot isn't sincere if it doesn't do that, since Approval doesn't allow it. Hence the term "expressive".
I call a ballot expressive if it votes all of the voter's preferences among the candidates.

AERLO confers ESC compliance on Condorcet wv & Bucklin. ATLO confers ESC compliance on Condorcet wv.

I probably will sometimes mention ESC, because being able to vote all of one's preference while meeting the goal of making some Y lose, can have practical value. AERLO & ATLO, though they add something that the voter can do, in addition to ranking candidates over eachother, don't diminish the effect of voting candidates over eachother and thereby affecting the outcome.
