On second thoughts the "reverse d'Hondt" idea isn't so crash hot if you
want non-complexity. Maybe simple d'Hondt would be the way to go...

My nomination is to zap them at the end of their life (in case we can't send
them back), so we're doing it

the primary purpose of election methods to elect the highest utility

Well, I like pottering about with multiple winners, though I don't like
expressing preferences. On a practical level I favour STV methods, but if
you want more sophisticated and slightly more fair methods then I think
hybrid Condorcet methods appeal the most. What do I mean? Well, say

This list is called, "election-methods", but perhaps it should
be called, single-winner-methods, as that seems to be the focus
of this list.
The only response I received to asking about multiple winner
elections, was one specifying STV/Hare, and which was posted by what
appeared to be an IRV ad

Condorcet/Schultz or Ranked Pairs, but which allows voters to rank

I feel that a preference choice that allows equal rankings may be
more satisfying to voters. The processing should be more fair
Hello,
I would like to see a poll on multiple winner elections.
However, failing that, one on single winner elections is good.
And I prefer Voter's Choice, as it exemplifies several different
methods, allowing each person to at least see how the outcome of
