When/if we implement the new Discover pages in the website, you can
link to the Discover page of your application in the website, which
will in turn link to Launchpad project. Until then, IMHO using LP

I think that the About Dialog is always going to be more
developer/contributor-facing than user-facing. So it's fully appropriate to
link to wherever development and contributions happen for that project.

Hm... I still think having it at the bottom along with the copyright is
ideal. Put the legalese away from front-and-center, you know?
But, it's really up to you guys. :) As long as we're consistent, I'm not
terribly concerned.
