It's great, but AFAIK any developer can program their very own plug to
integrate it with Switchboard. If this is true, I think that eventually
Switchboard may be a pain with external plugs --which is unlikely to happen
in the current layout. mode.
Anyway, I prefer this new layout, it's classier.
obviously
I prefer this very much and don't see why not for Luna as long as no bugs
are associated with it.

I prefer reading left-to-right rather than top-to-bottom:
Category
ItemItemItem ...
_
Category
ItemItemItem ...
rather than
Category | Category
Item | Item
Item | Item
Item | Item
I find it easier to parse and less distracting.

@Cody,
I saw that and I wondered why. It'd be good if we can get him to comment on
why he Disapproved it :)

Just my two cents:
It'd be really easy to just call it Music and not worry about it any
longer haha.
I don't think we should translate the name unless we're going with Music.
Translating a branded name would kind of defeat the purpose, IMO and (as
previously pointed out) could lead to some

I'm all for just going the GNOME Direction and calling it Music. This
applies to all other apps (some are already like this, such as Files and
Terminal). It is just so much simpler for the user to see something like
Web rather than Midori (which has nothing to do with the web).
So yeah, Music
I'm for Music. I also think music is what development should center around
and leave podcasts and maybe even radio to separate apps. Podcasts because
they really need a store experience, otherwise you'd be better off just
subscribing to them in an RSS aggregator.

As in, not a hard dependency on Granite. So if Granite is available, it
would build the granite version, but if it's not available it would build
the stock GTK version.

Right, I'll look into it then somewhere in the near future.

Dane, go for it. :) I don't know how much stock footage we'll need, but
things like someone using elementary OS at a coffee shop could be cool.

Music gets a +1 from me as well. Honestly, I think that we either need to
keep it Noise or rename it to Music. Changing the name to anything else
really seems unnecessary at this point.
Regarding the generic name thing, I think that's something we should decide
on a per-app basis. Technically its
