My previous attempts to set it via dconf failed, but GNOME Tweak Tool
and re-login worked. Dogfooding now (om nom nom).

I only have one bug left to squish before all my targeted bugs for the 3.0
milestone of our GTK theme is taken care of. If you have any unreported
bugs, now is the time to submit them :)
