[elrepo] ath9k firmware not working on kernel 2.6.32-279.1.1

I upgraded to 2.6.32-279.1.1 and my wireless quit working. Here's the gist of the problem: (1) I'm using a USB wifi adapter identified via lsusb as "Atheros Communications, Inc. AR9271 802.11n" (2) I have compat-wireless and the relevant firmware installed via elrepo. (kmod-compat-wireless-3.3-2.n
