Announcing the release of updated kmod-aacraid packages into the EL5 and EL6 elrepo repositories:
http://elrepo.org/tiki/kmod-aacraid This package has been rebuilt using the 1.2.1-40300 source tarball. It provides the aacraid kernel module(s), version 1.2.1, for Dell PERC2, 2/Si, 3/Si, 3/Di, Adaptec Advanced Raid Products, HP NetRAID-4M, IBM ServeRAID & ICP SCSI storage devices. It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one specific build. The following files are currently syncing to the mirrors: EL5: x86 kmod-aacraid-1.2.1-4.el5.elrepo.i686.rpm kmod-aacraid-PAE-1.2.1-4.el5.elrepo.i686.rpm kmod-aacraid-xen-1.2.1-4.el5.elrepo.i686.rpm x86_64 kmod-aacraid-1.2.1-4.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm kmod-aacraid-xen-1.2.1-4.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm SRPMS aacraid-kmod-1.2.1-4.el5.elrepo.src.rpm EL6: x86 kmod-aacraid-1.2.1-4.el6.elrepo.i686.rpm x86_64 kmod-aacraid-1.2.1-4.el6.elrepo.x86_64.rpm SRPMS aacraid-kmod-1.2.1-4.el6.elrepo.src.rpm You may update your system by: yum --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=elrepo update kmod-aacraid Once the package has been updated, the system must be rebooted to make use of newer driver.
