I don't currently share an org-mode files with others, but it seems to me that you can very easily use CVS or something similar. Then every user can work on their own copy of the same file. If everyone sticks to his/her region in the file, merging will be very easy. Plain text does have its adv

Would one org file per team member, and a branched VC repository work? This is completely off the top of my head. Thing is, Bazaar-ng can auto-merge many of the changes since it is flat text... By having copies of the other team members, you can see agenda items. Sync the branches once a day? O
