orgmode manual recommands readers to move diary entries to org file, but
a little inconvient I find is that the entries can't not be marked in
calendar any more. How to fix it?

after a request, I just added a new variable
`org-log-state-notes-insert-after-drawers' with default nil.
This means that state change notes are now by default
inserted again *before* any drawers. This was the
original behavior, which changed temporarily in version 6.08.

I have now made this change configurable, please configure
the new option `org-log-state-notes-insert-after-drawers'
if you want your notes after the drawers. Default is the old
behavior to insert before the drawers (I got some requests for this).

I can export to HTML just fine, but attempts to export to LaTex fail with

file, into which I would put my recurring tasks.
