Thanks for your instructing answer, Lukasz. It did not occur to me, that using org-mode instead of moodle could be a solution, but it may actually be the best solution. Moodle-Hosting is quite expensive anyway, seems to use many ressources. So I have to think about a way how to publish org-mode
