I don't want IDs at all. I want [[file:.]]
Following creates IDs on a headline.
M-x org-id-get-create RET
Then, the following creates a link to IDs
C-c l on the headline
C-c C-l at the place where link is to be inserted

One minor issue: if there are no images in the org file, I now get the message
No images to display inline
When executing a code block.

Thanks very much. That seems to work fine.

I'm using Org-mode version 7.9.1 (release_7.9.1-154-g659be3 @
c:/emacs/site-lisp/org-mode/lisp/)
I'd like to use org mode to display inline graphs, but am having some trouble.
Here's a sample org file (with results block), which creates a single plot

Here's the correct link:
Using Org-mode version 7.9.1 (release_7.9.1-163-g27101a @
c:/emacs/site-lisp/org-mode/lisp/), here's an example of some Python code with
an output block:

Have to admit, I'm getting a wee bit cross as it's 12:30 at night here, and all
I wanted to do was save a link to a beamer-export .org file into another org
file, and it keeps giving the link a hex ID that I *do not want*.
I have customized org-url-hexify-p -- C-h v org-url-hexify-p shows:

Hi Ken,
I automatically set a waiting tag when changing state to WAITING so I
can easily filter these out. This tag is inherited so any subt

Actually, only (require 'org-e-beamer) is required as this will trigger
automatically the two steps above.

Use :
(require 'org-export)
(require 'org-e-latex)
(require 'org-e-beamer)
M-x org-e-beamer-mode
(to edit your slides)
and
M-x org-e-beamer-export-to-pdf
to generate the pdf.
Should work with H:3, I'm using it.
Generally speaking, the new exporter seems more reliable than the regular

Or taking some cue from debian, call it org-*-unstable-*.tar and/or
org-*-testing-*.tar.

I'll work on that in maint, is this OK?

Hmm… I'd rather avoid that since "+" is a reserved character in file
names on some systems. How about orgplus?

i've puzzled over the manual and can't seem to find the switch to
give me 3 section levels rather than the 2 i'm getting now. section

Left out the "with" in the names. That should be
