[O] HTML Export inserting weird characters

HTML export hasn't been working right for me for a while. Given a minimal org-mode file with some Ruby code in it, the code section in the exported HTML has a bunch of garbage characters added to each line, like ''. I've posted source and generated HTML here: https://gist.github.com/4432744 M
