Is there a way to use capture to create new files? Can I fill out the name of the file, and add a date stamp, from within the capture template? I also considered creating a new headline and then exporting the subtree. The problem is that I need to have the title of the new file automatically cr

When using C-cl to to store a link in GNUS i am getting "cannot link to a buffer which is not visiting a file". I am new to GNUS and perhaps this is related to an incorrect GNUS setup rather than any sort of org problem. Regardless, any help would be appreciated. Buck __

[Orgmode] remember template is slow

I'm finding that my remember templates are slow to load. I've got a lag of about three to four seconds. I know that doesn't sound like much, but it's kind of puts a kink in the workflow. I use GNU emacs on Windows. I also have cygwin installed, and I have noticed that the problem doesn't occur
