i can get around it this way to some extent:
/just/ [[http://gohere.com][go here]] /will you?/
but was wondering if there is a better way since the "go here" is still
not italicized.

i read somewhere that we should keep orgfiles in an org folder.
i've used org casually that way and otherwise.
what advantages are there to having them in a single folder?
