Hi, I’m facing an issue, and I’m not sure if it’s a bug, or a feature I don’t understand. I looked at the documentation for org tables, but couldn’t find anything that explicitly says I’m right or wrong. If you run org-table-next-row on the very first line of a table that has a “horizontal rule”
