If you add local variables after finding the file,
do C-c C-c on #+TITLE to refresh local variables.
If you find the file while local variables are

I am using eorgmode with beamer to create a slide presentation in German.
I get a nice outline page with the atuomatically created header

How can I change this so it becomes
