[O] rst-mode tables

I'm writing in RST a lot of documentation, and I noticed that RST-tables are very similar to org-mode tables. This makes me think that I could use happily turn-on-orgtbl and use it, but the tables are not exactly the same. ++---+---+---+ | THi is | table | | | ++--
