Orgmode's outline view is natural for creating slideshows / presentations. There are latex packages for creating slideshow presentations ( http://texpower.sourceforge.net/ lists a few ). So it would be great if there was an export mode to export an orgmode subtree as a LaTeX presentation. Each outline entry at a given depth level would correspond to one slide, and the entries at deeper levels would correspond to points on that slide. Tables and figures from the entry text would get incorporated into the slide.
