The EPS model is cost driven instead of expenditure driven. The current EPS funding system consists of various UNIX scripts and COBOL programs housed on the Department's UNIX server. The business analyst will assist the Department in documenting the functional business requirements in preparation for migrating the system to a Microsoft.NET environment with a SQL Server back end database. *Scope of the work:** *The business analyst will assist the School Finance & Operations team in documenting the functional business requirements of the EPS funding system. The selected bidder will be responsible for: Documenting the requirements for the EPS system; Business functionality, Data sources, and Reporting requirements.
