Manages projects and change initiatives through the project life cycle and ensures effective transition of project to sustainable service delivery . Reviews projects when complete against business case to ensure projected benefits are being realized . Ensures all projects are delivered with a minimum of business disruption . Works with colleagues and vendors to help scope and plan projects .
