Performs *process* and *data modeling* in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools; such as Integrated Computer-Aided Software Engineering (I-CASE) tools. Applies reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents. *Has experience with such methodologies as IDEF 0 process modeling and IDEF 1x data modeling*. Align the Client to fully support OMB Federal Enterprise Architecture Standards, SDLC and OCIO strategic plan. 2. Support the defined framework for client annual update and business review. 3. Reporting approach supporting the Architecture mission. * * *Statement of Work* *Entreprise Architecture Initiative * * * The Contractor shall assist the client by analyzing, reviewing and understanding the UEA environments such as to support client in its contribution to the Enterprise Architecture. Tasks will include but are not limited to: 1. Audit current environment, tools and documentation. 2. Review SDLC to align reporting requirements from the UEA. 3. Review of the current EA tools in place at the client to determine if and how they fit into the environment. 4. Develop recommendation for a UEA framework that supports "Authorative Source" input into the UEA repository and "management level", as well as, "technical level" reporting. 5. Recommend an approach and a plan for changes/new tools to support the UEA process, database support/choice and support on demand end-to-end UEA reporting capabilities for management and development teams. 6. Attend meetings as needed.
