Location: San mateo,CA Duration: 12 Months Develop and implement solutions that integrate web services, SOAP messages, XML documents/structures, and other web services-related technologies * Develop and implement the interface, i.e., Interface Control Documents (ICD) and Web Service Description Language (WSDL), that other Systems will use to access through web services * Participate/Contribute in discussions about accessing Oracle 10g from web services and utilizing Transparent Encryption to mask data classified as sensitive * Lead the design, development & implementation of web services that will process requests received from and send responses back to other System * Modify and publish updated versions of JAVADOCS, WSDL, and builds that correspond to approved versions of the Interface Control Document (ICD) * Participate in discussions about accessing the Oracle 10g Database from web services * Participate in stakeholder teleconferences * Complete the implementation of server-side tasks that will assure that all web services operate optimally end-to-end in a 24X7X365 distributed environment * Provide detailed weekly status reports * Participate in WebBATS team meetings, leading discussions on web services related activities * Participate in testing the developed solution using the CompuWare Testing Toolset or other standard testing processes/procedures * Assume a leading role in deployment of the Web Services solution into the existing enterprice technology infrastructure * Mentor fellow team members/programmers Desired: We need an individual to complete additional ColdFusion specific tasks, including: * Modifying existing ColdFusion code to facilitate the implementation of changes identified by the customer * Modifying WebBATS to include the WebTools address management product for better integration with CID * Recommend existing WebBATS ColdFusion Components that should be converted to the WebSphere/Java platform.
