Define and design installation and upgrades plan for Oracle Retail applications, Database server, Application server, Oracle Database, Operating System, LPARs. Define technical requirements for deploying multiple environments with Oracle Retail applications related to SBX(Sandbox), DEV, SYS, INTG, PERF, UAT, PROD and Post PROD. Define security consideration for all the environments - in terms of IDs (UID), Groups (GID), file permissions, directory permissions, directory structures for application and database servers and profiles settings. Security management for the integration of various applications in regards to network and firewalls.
