Let me prefix this by saying, yes I know its old but Im dealing with legacy code here that we must keep running until we've finished our re-write. Basically, Im unable to build HTML-Embperl with Perl 5.8.3 on Linux. Ive Googled and seen this error mentioned but never seen a fix for it: [/usr/
