You need to
use XML::DOM;
and the just go to town on the code.
I could give you a snidbit of perl code, but you can just regular, plain old
perl code so its nothing big. Embperl doesn't do anything specific to
change XML::DOM.

Has anyone ever seen this:

(Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)

You need to be a super-user. You can achieve that by several way, bu the
easiest is to type the command su and then the root password. If you are
not allowed to be super-user then either allow the sys admin to to the
make install, or the permissions on that directory need to be changed.

SELECTED in an tag by using a variable.
