[Emc-developers] patch for stepconf 2.7

Not sure when you plan on releasing 2.7 so I didn't push this. I have checked the HAL output text but not tested with a real machine ( I don't use software stepping ) This fixes a complaint of multiple signals that are the same not being set properly during an axis test.
