Assuming that you have shown the include statement exactly as it is in the
file, you have a syntax error. The statement should be:

Maybe try the full path /usr/include/asm/tsc.h
(Assuming that it is there)
Otherwise perhaps if it is in usr/src. (I blunder about In code,
