It puts back a very handy function in tkemc for tool diameter that has been
removed in 2.5 pre.
It also makes the user choose from tool length or geometry so the user does not
have to input the Diameter if the user only
Here is the formated patch I would like you to consider commiting to make TkEMC
display the next line to be executed.
